Infrastructure
Rashtriya Virjanand Andh Kanya Vidyalaya (RVAK) Senior Secondary School offers free education, boarding, lodging, assistive devices, books and other services to visually impaired girls from nursery to Class XII. Recognized by the Directorate of Education, Government of NCT Delhi and affiliated to the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), RVAK has been widely recognized on pan india basis for nurturing and developing visually impaired girls to become self-reliant and confident citizens to enable them to reach to the pinnacle of their potential.
The school has been providing education in academic subjects in accordance with the curriculum laid down by the Directorate of Education, Delhi and CBSE.
The school provides all facilities, support and encouragement to its students to take part in diverse co-curricular activities that include sports, dance, music etc.
The school receives aid from the Government of NCT, Delhi in form of 95% share of the salary of teaching staff
